Will we meet you before the day?

How many of you will be there on the day?

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER?
As early as you can. Wedding dates tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak season, and many couples secure their photographer and videographer around 12 to 18 months in advance. Once your venue is confirmed, it’s a good idea to lock this in next so you don’t miss out on your preferred team. Booking early gives you peace of mind and one less thing to worry about as the big day gets closer.

What deposit is required to secure our date?
To officially reserve your date, we require a 50% booking deposit for either photography or videography. This amount is deducted from your total package cost, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding day.
What if I’m not able to pay the full deposit right now?
We understand that wedding planning comes with a lot of early expenses. If the deposit is holding you back, have a chat with us. We’re always happy to explore flexible payment options where possible, so you can still secure your date without added stress.
Can we book you for photography or videography only?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to book us solely for photography or videography. That said, many of our couples choose to book both together. We offer a special combined package, and having one team handle both ensures a seamless experience on the day and a beautifully cohesive collection of films and photographs that naturally complement each other.
How many photographs will we receive?
We don’t limit the number of photographs we take on the day. After carefully selecting and editing the best moments, a full wedding day typically results in around 700 to 1,000 beautifully finished images, depending on the flow of your events.
How many films will we receive?
The number of films depends on the package you choose. Most couples receive a cinematic highlight film, along with longer-form edits such as the full ceremony and speeches. We’ll clearly outline what’s included in your package before booking, so there are no surprises.
Can we purchase photo prints from you?
Yes. We offer a range of high-quality professional prints, produced using trusted labs to ensure accurate colours and lasting quality. You’ll be able to order prints directly through us once your gallery is delivered.
How much are your wedding albums?
Our wedding albums are fully bespoke and designed to tell the complete story of your day. Pricing varies depending on size, cover options, and page count. We’ll walk you through the available options during your consultation and provide clear pricing before you commit.
How will we receive our photos and films?
Your photographs and films are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share with family and friends. All files are provided in high resolution, ready for printing and viewing on any device.
What cameras do you use?
A fair question. For both photography and videography, we use Sony’s latest professional camera systems, paired with a carefully selected mix of prime and zoom lenses. This allows us to work discreetly, adapt quickly to any lighting situation, and capture your day at the highest quality possible.
What microphones do you use?
Audio is just as important as visuals, if not more. We use Rode Wireless Pro microphones, which deliver incredibly clean and reliable sound. For speeches, vows, and key moments, we typically use discreet wireless lavalier microphones that clip neatly onto clothing. We always plan ahead to ensure anyone speaking is properly mic’d so nothing meaningful is missed.
Do you keep a copy of our content?
Yes. We securely store your footage and images during the editing process and for a period after delivery. While we always recommend downloading and backing up your final films and photographs, we do retain copies for safekeeping for as long as reasonably possible.
Can we purchase all the raw footage?
Raw footage is the unedited foundation of your film and forms part of our creative process. For this reason, we don’t supply raw footage as standard. Our focus is on carefully selecting and crafting the strongest moments into a polished, cinematic film that reflects your story beautifully.
What resolution do you film in?
We film in high-resolution formats, including 4K, to ensure your wedding film looks stunning now and for years to come, no matter how or where you choose to watch it.
Can we choose our own music for the film?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to suggest music that feels meaningful to you. We’ll always guide you on what works best for pacing and storytelling, and we also ensure all music used is properly licensed to protect both you and us.
My wedding takes place outside of the London. Will you still capture it for us?
Yes, absolutely. While we’re based in the West london, we regularly travel across the UK to capture weddings. Location is never an issue and we’re more than happy to come to you.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel within a reasonable distance is often included. For weddings further afield, any travel costs will be clearly outlined in your quote so everything is transparent from the start.
I’m getting ready in a separate location to my partner and away from the venue. How will you capture everything?
This is very common. Depending on timings and locations, we’ll either carefully plan coverage to move between both of you or recommend adding a second shooter. Our goal is to ensure nothing important is missed while keeping the day running smoothly.
How much is a extra shooter?
A extra shooter is available as an optional add-on. Pricing depends on coverage hours and whether it’s for photography, videography, or both. We’ll include clear options in your personalised quote.
